I reserve the rights to use each commission as part of my portfolio.

re-posting my artwork is only allowed by the commissioner or the rightful owner of the depicted character. proper credit must be included if re-posting.

commissioned artwork is strictly for personal use, such as using it as an icon, header, wallpaper, or for non-commercial printing purposes.

clients have the option to purchase commercial rights to the commissioned artwork for a separate fee, this way being able to produce merch, keychains, stickers, etc.

no one has permission to use my art in any way, shape or form for NFTs, cryptocurrencies or feeding my artwork into AI generated software. any existing instances of such are unauthorized.

my turnaround is varies from 1 or 2 weeks to 3 months. be aware before commissioning me that this may take considerably longer if you are on a queue.

payments are through paypal, or alternatively through ko-fi. At the moment I do not accept any other payment option.

while I work best with artistic freedom, please only request artistic freedom if you are completely comfortable with slight style variations.

requesting adjustments is to be made within the sketch phase, when a final sketch is chosen and the art has been lined, no major changes will be affected.

client has the option for a single free of charge re-sketch if they're not happy with the idea, however any extra sketches will come with an additional charge.

details that were not listed beforehand might be missed. all details should be specified to the best of the commissioner's ability.

chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in blocking. On addition to this, if any progress on the commission was made the piece may be repurposed or completely scrapped.

refunds are only available as long as no progress has been made on your commission, please give me at least 1 month before requesting a refund.

following last rule, refunds are not available for completed work. please make sure you look at my gallery and terms of service before making the decision of commissioning me.

adding your own terms or rules over mine is not allowed.

Do not delete my designs from Toyhou.se, even if sold off-site.

I can provide Toyhou.se codes to off-site owners of my designs for free.

You may alter the original file of a design you own by me, on the condition that:

when redesigning, you must still credit me as the creator.

the original file containing the old design must not be deleted.

do not split redesigns into different characters in order to sell separately.

designs will be resold if the payment is never received.

characters received for free may not be resold unless art has been added.

you may not sell my designs for more than what you paid for unless art has been added.

when obtaining a design by me, you have all rights to profit off of the design. fursuits, merch, brand-mascots, etc are completely fine! however, this does not include rights to profit off of my original artwork with the character design.
